Data Deletion Instructions

If you'd like us to delete the information we hold about you — including information collected through this website, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, or Instagram — here's how.

How to request deletion

Send an email to handled@monosolution.xyz with:

• Your name
• The WhatsApp number (or the phone number / social account) you used to contact us
• A note that you'd like your information deleted

You can also message us directly on WhatsApp and ask the same.

What happens next

We'll confirm your request and delete your information from our active systems within 30 days.

What we can't delete

If you were an active Handled client, we're required by Trinidad and Tobago's Income Tax Act and VAT Act to keep certain business records — such as invoices and payment records — for six years, regardless of a deletion request. We'll delete everything else and let you know what, if anything, we had to retain and why.
